A federal district court in South Carolina granted in part and denied in part, Xerox’s motion for summary judgment on a manager’s claims of unpaid wages under the South Carolina Payment of Wages Act and breach of contract alleging his salary wasn’t paid according to his offer letter, he wasn’t notified that his incentive pay was retroactively changed, and the company improperly deducted part of his leadership retention award payment from his paycheck.
