When the Commission of Investigation was established in June 2015 to investigate Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (IBRC) transactions, including the Siteserv transaction, the final report was to be submitted to then Taoiseach Enda Kenny, less than six months later, at the end of December that year.
Now, seven years later than that deadline for completion, the report on one transaction only has finally been published.
