Centene, Customer Service Workers Win Nod for Wage Dispute Deal - Bloomberg Law

Centene Corp., a subsidiary, and customer service representatives who say the company underpaid call center workers won court approval for a settlement ending their wage-and-hour dispute.

The deal requires the St. Louis-based health-care company to put up to $375,500 in a gross settlement fund, with more than half that amount—as much as $214,000—going toward attorneys’ fees for the workers’ lawyers, the US District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri said.
