Mark Lerner, who has led Kasowitz Benson Torres' employment litigation practice for the last decade, has moved to Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo. Lerner will serve as chair of the employment litigation practice at Mintz, working out of New York, Mintz said Tuesday.
“As we continue to grow and take on more institutional clients and sophisticated work, Mark brings a proven track record to our employment litigation capabilities,” Bob Bodian, managing partner at Mintz, said in a statement. “His deep trial experience and success leading complex multimillion-dollar disputes, including many in the private equity space, further propel our growth strategy and reinforces our position as a litigation powerhouse in the employment space and elsewhere.”
