SWATARA TOWNSHIP, Pa. —
A woman is facing charges after falsely accusing people of sexually assaulting her at a Dauphin County restaurant, according to the Swatara Township Police Department.

The investigation began after Priscilla Guzman, 26, of Harrisburg, reported being sexually assaulted by multiple people at El Rancho Mexican Restaurant on Eisenhower Boulevard in Swatara Township on Feb. 8 and 9, according to court documents.
Investigators said Guzman identified four people who were allegedly involved in nonconsensual sexual activity with her.
No evidence found, police say
According to court documents, detectives reviewed surveillance footage from the restaurant during the reported time period in question and found no evidence showing the accused individuals involved in any sexual activity.
Police also noted that witness statements did not support any of Guzman's claims.
When investigators showed Guzman the video footage, she told police "she did not remember making statements that several people sexually assaulted her, and could not provide any factual support for her earlier allegations," according to the documents.
Charged
Based on the video evidence, witness statements and what police described as inconsistent and unsupported claims, investigators said Guzman provided false information to law enforcement by identifying four individuals as perpetrators of a sexual assault that did not occur.
