[OSEN=Jang Woo-young Reporter] Chef Oh Se-deuk has announced a strong stance against the spread of false information on social media.
Oh Se-deuk posted a statement titled, “Regarding the Spread of False Information on Social Media,” on his SNS on the 26th, stating, “We clearly clarify that the content recently circulating on social media is false and differs from the facts. Spreading false information is a serious legal offense, and we plan to respond strictly to this matter.”
Oh Se-deuk explained, “The currently disclosed materials are cases I directly filed for prosecution (with additional investment-related content attached, share transfer and assignment document prosecution, not Oh Se-deuk’s seal). Separately, multiple members within the association also confirmed the factual relationships and corporate account transaction histories related to investments, then jointly filed several reports and lawsuits with me.”
He added, “If the opposing party’s claims were true, they should have filed reports or lawsuits against me. However, not a single report or lawsuit related to this has been filed to date.
