Cirencester Chamber networking event to focus on employment law reforms - Wilts and Gloucestershire Standard

CIRENCESTER Chamber of Commerce is holding a networking event, focusing on upcoming employment law reforms.

The event is taking place at Watermoor Point on Wednesday, July 15, at 6pm.

This follows the postponement of the June event.

A spokesperson said: "Nadine will be providing an overview of the Employment Rights Act 2025 and the timeline for the most extensive employment reforms in modern times.

"Some of these changes have already landed, back in April, though research is suggesting many SMEs are behind the curve with implementation.

"The bigger changes are coming into effect between now and January 2027.

"If you have employees, the session is a must so that you understand what this means for the employment landscape moving forward and so that you can shape your people plans, update key policies and equip managers effectively moving forward. Not to be missed!"
