The average partner pay at one of London’s elite law firms reached a record high, exceeding 2 million for the first time.
Clifford Chance, one of the city’s five so-called Magic Circle firms, said full-time equity partners will receive an average of 2.04 million ($2.45 million) for the year ended April 2022, putting the firm in the top spot among its peers so far, according to earning results released Monday. The profit per equity partner increased by 10% year on year, the firm said.
