CMS Albiñana & Suárez has approved the promotion and appointment of Eva Ceca, previously counsel in the Employment area, as a new partner.

Ceca joined the firm in 2016 and, with 15 years of professional experience, has developed a solid career advising national and international companies on highly complex labour matters. Her experience ranges from restructuring processes and collective redundancies to service outsourcing processes, senior management recruitment and representing clients in high-profile litigation before the Spanish courts. She also provides ongoing advice on employment contracts, dismissals, equality, remote working, incentive plans and regulatory compliance, and has led cross-border labour projects.
With her promotion, Eva Ceca joins as a partner in a strategic area led by César Navarro, which has more than 600 lawyers globally and which a year ago announced the appointment of Pablo Gutiérrez as a partner.
