Fisher & Phillips removed an employment discrimination lawsuit against Comcast to Connecticut District Court on Thursday. The complaint was filed by Sabatini and Associates on behalf of Daniel Cardoso.

The case is 3:22-cv-00575, Cardoso v. Comcast Cable Communications Management, LLC.
