“A perfect example of this might be a company that depicts itself as a woman owned business. However, the employees never see the ‘woman owner’ or anything close to it. In most instances we know about the employees see the woman owner’s husband or another guy and he runs the show. When we say-‘he runs the show’ we mean he makes all hiring-firing responsibilities, he manages the day to day operations of the business and he works on federal contracting bids-or request for proposal.
