Court orders inquiry into Lawyer Ndegwa Njiru, clients over false claims against judge - Daily Nation
The High Court has directed that investigations be carried out against lawyer Ndegwa Njiru and his two clients for subornation of perjury and perjury ( lying under oath) in relation allegations that a judge was compromised to deliver a ruling that was not in their favour.
In dismissing an application seeking her recusal from hearing a petition filed by two Italian nationals Daniele Lococo and Massimo Nativi, Justice Mugure Thande further ordered that investigations be conducted into the lawyer for professional misconduct.
