Bravo! Building Services, a janitorial services company, was hit with a wage-and-hour class action on March 31 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County. The court case was filed by Winebrake & Santillo and Lichten & Liss-Riordan on behalf of hourly employees for the defendant who contend that they were required to complete mandatory COVID-19 screenings at the start of each shift before clocking in resulting in unpaid wages, including overtime wages. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is Daley v. Bravo! Building Services.
