Cummings, Esq., as Attorney and Global Chair of the firm's Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Practice.
With a distinguished legal and corporate career spanning five decades, Ms. Cummings brings to the firm an expansive dimension of experience at the intersection of law, business strategy, human capital, corporate governance, and capital markets. Her practice will focus on advising multinational enterprises on complex matters involving ERISA compliance, executive compensation design, multi-jurisdictional employment law, employee benefits, and tax-qualified and non-qualified retirement and incentive compensation plans.
Prior to joining Cummings & Cummings Law, Ms. Cummings held senior legal and executive positions at a number of Fortune 500 companies, including Halliburton, Dell Technologies, Walmart, Kerr-McGee (now Occidental Petroleum), Keurig Dr Pepper, Plains Capital Bank, Chesapeake Energy, Hertz, Michaels Stores, and Cityblock Health. She also serves as a Board Member of the SouthWest Benefits Association and is an adjunct professor in the University of Oklahoma's Master of Human Resources program, where she teaches compensation and benefits law and strategy at the graduate level.
