Deciem also operates several other beauty and skincare lines, including NIOD and Hylamide. In 2024, Estée Lauder completed the acquisition of Deciem for $1.7 billion.

In Canada, non-unionized employees at Deciem are entitled to up to 24 months of severance pay when laid off or terminated without cause—whether full-time, part-time, or hourly.
