Maryland-based TCOM said its platform is equipped with open architecture active electronically scanned array radar and electronic warfare capabilities for persistent, early warning and long-range tracking integrated into existing command-and-control systems. The contract was finalized after the Government Accountability Office rejected a protest by QinetiQ, Inc., challenging the award.
