The owner of a Linton Boulevard medical supply store submitted fake vouchers for $3.76 billion in catheters and other equipment, the FBI says.

The owner of a Delray Beach medical supply store is facing federal criminal charges for his reported role in a scheme to defraud Medicare of $3.76 billion.

Authorities brought Ibrahim Khaldoon Hilmi, the owner of Sunshine Senior Solutions, to the United States from Turkey to face federal charges of health care fraud, wire fraud conspiracy, money laundering conspiracy and money laundering on June 22. His capture abroad followed more than a year as a fugitive.
