Frankfurt—Global law firm Dentons has advised the shareholders of Saniverse Bathrooms GmbH, part of the Turkish Eczacıbaşı Holding, on the conversion of the company into a European stock corporation (SE). In a first step, Saniverse Bathrooms GmbH was converted into a German stock corporation (AG). In a second step, the company was converted into a European stock corporation under the name Saniverse Bathrooms SE, which was legally completed in May 2025. The new Saniverse Bathrooms group structure underscores and strengthens the company's international orientation.

An international Dentons team led by Frankfurt partners Frank Lenzen and Dr. Volker Junghanns has been preparing the shareholders of Saniverse Bathrooms for the project since September 2023 and has provided comprehensive advice on its implementation and all labor, tax and corporate law issues.
