Prague—Dentons was named “International Law Firm of the Year“ in the “Právnická firma roku 2023” (Law firm of the Year) ranking of law firms in the Czech Republic published by ePravo. This is the fifth year in a row and the sixth time overall that Dentons has received this top accolade. Dentons also received the award for “Law Firm of the Year in Banking and Finance”. The awards reflect Dentons’ lead advisory role in many of the largest acquisitions, financings and restructuring transactions on the Czech and international markets over the last year. The award winners were announced at a gala at Žofín Palace in Prague on November 6, 2023.
In addition to the awards, Dentons was highly recommended in 12 categories (Corporate Law, Competition Law, Development and Real Estate, Mergers and Acquisitions, Restructuring and Insolvency, Dispute Resolution and Arbitration, Capital Markets, Telecommunications and Media, Information Technology, Compliance, Tax, and Energy) and recommended in three others (Employment Law, Criminal Law, and Environmental Law).
