Sankar claims his marriage deteriorated after discovering his wife’s affair with Anoop Kuttysankaran. He shared messages and hotel booking screenshots to substantiate his allegations. After attempting to settle their divorce with a financial agreement, Sankar alleges that his wife made baseless claims against him, including accusations of assault and rape.
In addition, Sankar recounts how Dhivya allegedly abducted their son and took him to the U.S. to strengthen her divorce claim. Sankar fought for custody, winning a favorable ruling in the U.S. court. However, he states that she continued to violate custody terms, leading to an alleged kidnapping complaint filed against him by his wife.
The situation intensified when Sankar claims police started harassing his friends and family. He alleges that they were coerced into locating him and threatening with legal repercussions. Despite the pressure, Sankar has pledged to continue his fight through the legal system and emphasized his determination to overcome these challenges.
