Dobot Technology faces whistleblower allegations on the eve of its return to the A-share market: disputes over employee stock ownership platform stakes come to light - 富途牛牛

Caixin Global, July 21 (Reporter Li Jie) — Shenzhen Dobot Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Dobot Technology”), which is pushing for a listing on the ChiNext Board, was unexpectedly hit with a named complaint just ahead of the Listing Committee’s review meeting.

It has come to light that Song Tao, a founding team member of Dobot Technology, recently submitted a complaint letter to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, alleging that Dobot failed to fully disclose arrangements concerning equity interests held indirectly through employee shareholding platforms in its IPO filing documents. He claimed that statements in the prospectus asserting “clear share ownership” and “no ownership disputes” may contain material omissions.

Notably, this complaint comes just days before the ChiNext Listing Committee’s scheduled review of Dobot Technology’s listing application. According to plan, the ChiNext Listing Committee of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange is expected to review Dobot’s initial public offering application on July 22.
