DOGE Staffers Pay Visit To NLRB Offices Following Whistleblower Report - Forbes

Members of Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) paid a visit to Washington D.C. headquarters of the National Labor Relations Board this morning to meet with agency leadership, following an explosive whistleblower report alleging that DOGE misappropriated sensitive case information regarding labor disputes from the agency, according to two people familiar with the meeting.

The meeting, which last two hours according to sources, comes one day after NPR reported on the allegations from current agency staffer Daniel Berulis that members of Musk’s DOGE gained access to NLRB internal systems and took data from the agency’s case management system, which includes information about ongoing labor cases, names of union activists, and sensitive personal information, while attempting to cover their tracks. Berulis shared the information with Congress and the U.S. Office of Special Counsel in a whistleblower report before going public by speaking with NPR.

“If DOGE wasn’t here before, the story prompted them to pay us a visit today,” says a person with knowledge of the meeting who asked to remain anonymous in order to speak candidly. “All I know is that two to three people from DOGE are meeting with agency heads right now,” the person said. The identity of the DOGE members visiting NLRB could not be confirmed.
