Antitrust claims are moving forward against Hanna Holdings, the largest privately held real estate brokerage company in the country, amidst allegations that the company participated in a brokerage commission-fixing scheme and artificially inflated the price of homes.
U.S. District Judge Cynthia Rufe, of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, gave the claims recovery firms seven days to provide lead counsel with a list of names and contact information for all class members they contracted with, and to disclose all marketing efforts, including emails, websites, social media posts.
