Erez Reuveni, a former DOJ lawyer who was dismissed after admitting the Trump administration made a mistake by deporting Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, is accusing Trump federal judge pick Emil Bove of being willing to defy court orders in order to advance the president's agenda. According to a report by the New York Times, Reuveni said in meetings surrounding the use of the Alien Enemies Act by the administration to deport undocumented people, Bove proposed violating court orders, telling staff that the DOJ would need to consider telling courts "f--- you."
