Plaintiff, KENNETH MCGUIRE, by and through undersigned counsel, files this action

against Defendant, DOLLAR TREE STORES, INC. (‘Dollar Tree”), and hereby allege as follows:

1. This is a 42 U.S.C §1981 claim arising out of Dollar Tree’s discrimination against Plaintiff

and Dollar Tree’s deprivation of Plaintiffs’ contractual rights based on Plaintiffs race.

2. Jurisdiction. This Court has original jurisdiction of plaintiffs’ Section 1981 claims pursuant
