Comedian and actor Druski is formally challenging the rape allegations brought against him by Ashley Parham, while also urging the court to sanction her attorneys, Ariel Mitchell and Shawn Perez, for what he describes as a failure to vet demonstrably false claims.
In federal court filings submitted Friday, Druski provides documentation that directly contradicts Parham’s claim that he raped her in Northern California on March 23rd, 2018, alongside Odell Beckham Jr., Sean “Diddy” Combs, and others. Central to Druski’s defense is a police report Parham filed in 2018, which accuses only “a guy named Shane Pearce and an anonymous white man.” Druski states this report contains “no mention of any other alleged attackers,” asserting it was “easily obtainable from the public record.”
He questions, “My people got the police report in a snap, why couldn’t Parham’s attorneys, Ariel Mitchell and Shawn Perez?”
Further, Druski presents records placing him in Georgia at the time. He cites documents confirming he was living with his mother, working as a waiter at Outback Steakhouse, and applying for a job at LongHorn Steakhouse. Phone logs show all calls from March 19–30 originated in Georgia, and a March 23rd bank transaction shows a gas purchase within the state.
Druski asserts these records offer “a mountain of easily obtained evidence” proving he was 3,000 miles away from the alleged incident, living as an unknown, financially struggling 23-year-old.
