Durst, lawyer for Bridgeport, says former city manager's Whistleblower lawsuit must be dismissed & go to arbitration - WV News

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (WV News) — The lawyer defending the City of Bridgeport in former city manager Patrick Ford's lawsuit against it is doubling down on her contention that Ford has to take the case to arbitration first.

Morgantown lawyer Tiffany Durst, of Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe PLLC, says the contract that Ford signed is crystal clear: When there's an employment dispute, the issue goes to arbitration.
