Raúl García joins EJASO as a partner alongside Nicolás Chacón and Laura Inigo, strengthening the firm’s capabilities in employment law, senior management, collective bargaining, corporate restructurings and labour matters arising from M&A transactions.
EJASO continues to strengthen its Labour practice with the arrival of Raúl García, previously a partner at EY Abogados, together with Nicolás Chacón and Laura Inigo. The team brings extensive experience advising national and international companies on both recurring employment matters and complex labour issues.
Their practice covers senior management, employment contracts, collective bargaining, corporate restructurings and Social Security, as well as labour aspects of corporate transactions, M&A and business reorganisations. They also advise on equality, sustainability and new regulatory requirements affecting employment relationships.
García has more than 20 years of experience advising companies across all areas of employment law and has been a partner at EY for the past 14 years. He combines his professional practice with teaching as an associate professor at IE and co-directs the Labour Relations Laboratory of the IE Benchmarking Club.
