Elon Musk Responds to Ex Ashley St. Clair's Claim She Rejected His $40 Million NDA, Accuses Her of Making 'False Claims' - Just Jared

Elon Musk is responding to Ashley St. Clair‘s claim that she rejected a $40 million non-disclosure agreement (NDA) from him.

The 55-year-old billionaire spoke out after Ashley, with whom he shares son Romulus, discussed the alleged offer while promoting the new documentary Musk at the 2026 Venice Film Festival.

Ashley claimed that she turned down the multimillion-dollar deal so that she could continue speaking publicly about her relationship with Elon, including participating in the documentary.

Now, Elon is denying that he ever made the alleged offer.

After TMZ shared Ashley‘s claim on X, Elon responded directly to the outlet’s post on Wednesday (September 9), denying that she was ever offered the alleged deal and accusing her of making false claims.

Ashley discussed the alleged $40 million NDA at the Venice Film Festival on Tuesday (September 8), where Musk, a new documentary from director Alex Gibney, was being presented.

According to Variety, Ashley said that she rejected the alleged agreement because she wanted to maintain her ability to speak publicly about their relationship and participate in the documentary.

“I want to set the example for my kids that you should never take being materially comfortable over speaking the truth,” she said.
