Atlanta-based Georgia-Pacific was sued Tuesday in Florida Northern District Court over alleged employment discrimination under the ADA. The court action was brought by the Mattox Law Firm on behalf of a former mechanic, who contends that he was not afforded proper accommodations to work in a controlled environment. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 4:23-cv-00088, Mosley v. Georgia-Pacific LLC.
