Employee Sues International Paper, Claiming ADA-Related ... - Law.com

International Paper, the global manufacturer of paper and packaging products, was sued on Nov. 6 in Georgia Middle District Court over alleged employment discrimination under the ADA. The lawsuit was brought by attorney Kenneth E. Barton III on behalf of a plaintiff who accuses the company of retaliation and failure to provide reasonable accommodation. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 5:23-cv-00443, Reese v. International Paper Company.
