Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings, a truckload shipping carrier, was sued Wednesday in Georgia Northern District Court over alleged race-based employment discrimination. The lawsuit was brought by HKM Employment Attorneys on behalf of Siegfried White. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-04821, White v. Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings Inc.
