LHC Group, a provider of in-home health care services, was sued Tuesday in Georgia Northern District Court over alleged age-based employment discrimination. The suit was brought pro se by Larry Bobo. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-01743, Bobo v. LHC Group, Inc.
