Southwest Airlines and Midland Testing Services Inc. were sued Friday in Georgia Northern District Court. The lawsuit, brought by the Alan Parker Law Firm on behalf of Kammy Sowell, contends the airline failed to comply with federal regulations when administering drug testing to airline personnel. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:23-cv-00634, Sowell v. Southwest Airlines Co. et al.
