United Biosource LLC, a subsidiary of pharmacy benefits management company Express Scripts, was sued Monday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The court action was brought by Karpf, Karpf & Cerutti on behalf of a quality compliance auditor who contends that she was wrongfully terminated due to race- and disability-based employment discrimination. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:23-cv-02244, Sipp v. United Biosource, LLC.
