Morgan & Morgan filed a lawsuit Tuesday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of Chris Grace and Mary Payne. The complaint, over alleged wage-and-hour violations, targets Onesource Riverbend Group, and its owner Michael Pollard. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 4:22-cv-00071, Payne et al v. Onesource Riverbend Group, LLC et al.
