In the context of digital transformation , international integration, and the rapid development of science and technology, the Vietnamese labor market is facing a mix of opportunities and challenges. The emergence of new professions, along with the restructuring of the economy, not only changes recruitment needs but also places increasingly high demands on the quality of human resources, adaptability, and the assurance of sustainable employment.
To meet this need, the Employment Law No. 74/2025/QH15, passed by the 15th National Assembly on June 16, 2025 and effective from January 1, 2026, has supplemented and improved many regulations on job creation support, vocational skills development, labor market information, and unemployment insurance. These innovations contribute to the formation of a more comprehensive legal framework, aimed at improving the quality of employment, expanding access to the labor market, and enhancing adaptability to socio-economic changes.
