Responsiveness is Craig Papka’s guiding principle for how he conducts his practice.
“The fact of the matter is there are many good attorneys out there and what separates the good attorneys from the great ones is the client service and responsiveness,” Papka said. “Client relationships are a privilege.”
A partner at Amundsen Davis’s Brookfield office, Papka counsels clients on employment law matters ranging from terminations and workplace investigations to ADA and FMLA compliance. He works closely with HR professionals and business leaders to help them navigate workplace challenges before it reaches litigation. However, Papka is a staunch advocate for his clients, representing employers in the courtroom and before agencies like the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations Board and the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development Equal Rights Division.
“The goal is that through efficient responsive communication, HR professionals or business leaders know I am handling their pressing concern and they can then move on to their next pressing issue,” Papka said. “This collaboration is intended to help them thrive in their roles.
