Allied Waste Systems, Inc. allegedly violated the California Labor Code by allegedly retaliating against employee for reports of alleged lack of safety maintenance.

CONTRA COSTA, Calif., July 21, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The San Francisco employment law attorneys at Blumenthal Nordrehaug Bhowmik De Blouw LLP, filed a class action complaint alleging that Allied Waste Systems, Inc. violated the California Labor Code. The Allied Waste Systems, Inc., class action lawsuit, Case No. C22-01284, is currently pending in the Contra Costa County Superior Court of the State of California.
