Employment law conference to help businesses prepare for Employment Rights Act - Business MK

An employment law conference in Bedford is set to help businesses prepare for the implications of the Employment Rights Act, as organisations respond to ongoing changes in workplace legislation.

Hosted by Woodfines’ employment team, the event will take place on 28 April at Bedford Heights and will bring together HR professionals, business owners and senior leaders from across the region.

The conference will focus on the key provisions of the Employment Rights Act and what they mean in practice for employers. As legislation continues to evolve, many organisations are reviewing their policies and procedures to ensure compliance while maintaining effective workforce management.

Speakers from Woodfines will include equity partners Andrew Buckley and Maria Gallucci, alongside associate Natasha Moore. Drawing on their experience advising businesses, the team will outline the most significant legal updates and highlight the practical steps employers should consider.
