Josh Elefant joined DLA Piper as a partner in its corporate group, the firm announced Monday.
Elefant guides clients across multiple industries on employment matters including hiring, separations, policies, investigations, whistleblower complaints, and wage and hour compliance. His practice is closely integrated with corporate transactions, where his experience includes pre-acquisition due diligence, preparation and negotiation of transaction agreements, and preparation of employment agreements and other ancillary documents, the firm said.
He joins in the San Francisco Bay area from Cooley LLP, according to his LinkedIn profile.
