Controversial benefits assessment firm Capita is facing questions after a former employee said she submitted a false overtime claim “as other colleagues had also been doing the same”.
The nurse, who was working as a disability assessor, has been handed a three-year caution order by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) after she admitted submitted false overtime claims. The fitness to practise panel was told Eileen Theresa Keys had a previously unblemished record but falsely claiming overtime was “a deliberate and premeditated act of dishonesty”.
