An ex-Commerzbank AG analyst who made bogus sexual harassment allegations against a former colleague and lied to courts in a bid to win an employment lawsuit had is jail term cut by a London appeals court.
Damilare Ajao was found in contempt of court after allegations he made at a tribunal proved to be false and was initially sentenced to 20 months in prison. On Thursday, the Court of Appeal reduced the term to eight months after it found that the previous judge used the wrong sentencing guidelines.
