A former Nespresso employee’s racial harassment, disability discrimination, and constructive discharge claims can move forward after an Illinois federal judge denied the company’s request for dismissal.

Jacqueline Belzone, a Black woman, accused Nespresso USA Inc. of paying her less than White colleagues, promoting less-qualified White colleagues over her, creating a hostile work environment, and denying her disability accommodations for her impaired eyesight.
