By Bonnie Eslinger (December 3, 2021, 8:26 PM GMT) -- A London judge on Friday ordered the former global general counsel for Nissan to return or destroy copies of confidential documents taken from the auto giant that he's using in a whistleblower case against his beleaguered ex-employer. Judge Andrew Keyser, sitting on the bench for the High Court's Chancery Division, held that ex-GC Ravinder Passi had not made the case he was entitled to the documents, which he said were owned by Nissan. The judge rejected Passi's argument that returning the materials would interfere with his employment suit. "The defendant seems to me to have barely a case, if at all, for any contention. . .
