Rachel Gonzalez is making a quick exit from GE Vernova, the energy business created 10 months ago through the breakup of industrial giant GE and will receive $1.35 million in severance.
Under a separation agreement finalized Jan. 31, Gonzalez will continue as general counsel and executive vice president until mid-May, at which point the Cambridge, Massachusetts-based company will terminate her “without cause.”
