A former JPMorgan Chase employee has refiled a "corrected" sexual harassment lawsuit against a female executive — vowing to continue his legal fight with the banking giant even as the defendants have adamantly denied his graphic account of abuse and blackmail.
In addition to the updated complaint, filed Monday, May 4, the plaintiff also submitted several exhibits that he maintains support his claims of harassment and assault.
The plaintiff, identified in documents as “John Doe,” is urging the court to preserve his anonymity while the tabloids swarm, publishing stories with purported personal details about him and his family.
The plaintiff said in his new filings on Monday that he has been seeing a licensed counselor — the psychotherapist Jonathan Alpert, a frequent guest on TV — since early 2025, has been diagnosed by Alpert with post-traumatic stress disorder related to his alleged abuse and also been in touch with the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.
