Three employees of Exela Enterprise Solutions Inc. filed a federal wage and hour lawsuit against the company, alleging it failed to pay them on time.
Michael Sierra, Albert Asaro and Karain Crumpton filed their complaint in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, alleging that they did manual labor for Exela and the company paid them on a bi-weekly basis, violating a state law that requires companies to pay manual laborers weekly. The company provides data management services and cloud-based solutions.
