Expose Pakistan's False Claims, Isolate It Diplomatically: Prakash Ambedkar - Deccan Herald

Mumbai: Amid escalating tensions between India and Pakistan, Constitution of India’s chief architect Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar’s grandson and lawyer-politician Prakash Ambedkar asked the government to expose the false claims made by the hostile neighbouring country.

"Pakistan is spreading misinformation on social media and claiming that they shot down an IAF Rafale jet. India should strongly expose these lies and false claims made by Pakistan to boost the morale of the Indian Armed Forces,” said Ambedkar, the founder of Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi.

“In response to the Pahalgam terror attacks, the Indian Armed Forces gave a befitting reply and carried out strikes on nine terrorist camps in Pakistan and PoK. Our responses were focused, measured and non-escalatory. It was specifically mentioned that Pakistani military establishments had not been targeted,” said Ambedkar.

“We were destroying terror camps in Pakistan. But Pakistan has engaged in unprovoked firing across the Line of Control, particularly in Poonch. 16 innocent lives have been lost, including three women and five children. The Indian civilians killed in the unprovoked firing and shelling by Pakistan should be called martyrs and their families be compensated,” he said.
