A Facebook user posted the viral video with a caption: 15 सेकेंड में सब कुछ हो गया बिना हाथ जोडे चल भी दिए बापपू (English translation: 15 seconds without everything Bapu went with folded hands.)

Running a Reverse Image Search on the video keyframes, we found a YouTube video, dated January 30, 2022, on the official YouTube channel of Indian news agency ANI. The video, having a title: CM Yogi Adityanath pays floral tribute to Mahatma Gandhi on his death anniversary in Lucknow, informs that it was shot on the death anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi — January 30, 2022.
The keyframes from 00:05 to 00:21 match exactly with the viral clip. After paying his tributes to Gandhi, Yogi can be seen sitting down for prayers towards the end of the video, as opposed to the viral claims.
